Welcome Reception - Vista Room
Hosted by the President and Executive Director, the Welcome Reception takes place on Tuesday, June 4 at 6:30 PM in the Vista Room of the Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Centre. This is a stand-up, catered event for all conference delegates. It is a great way to kick off the conference and network with member, sponsor and exhibitor delegates!

Cocktail Reception & Gala Dinner - Ballroom
Join us at the cash bar Cocktail Reception on Thursday, June 6 at 6:30 PM in the Ballroom for some pre-dinner networking. Then make your way to your table for the plated Gala Dinner at 7:30 PM. Enjoy delicious food with friends and colleagues. We'll announce drawprize winners and prepare for the post-dinner entertainment.
