- Registration can be paid by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or cheque.
- Credit cards will be automatically charged.
- Cheques or EFTs must be received 7-10 business days following registration.
- Requests to cancel exhibitor registration must be received in writing by April 15, 2024.
- Cancellations before April 15, 2024, will receive a reimbursement minus 50% for processing.
- Cancellations after after April 15, 2024, will receive no reimbursements however, exhibitor registration can be transferred to the 2025 Annual Conference.
