Exhibitors:
- Exhibitor Door Prize: Information is available in the 2026 GFOABC Sponsor & Exhibitor Package you received upon confirming your booth. See page 10, Booth Draw Prize Program. Exhibitors can confirm their participation at check-in.
- Electrical Capacity: All booths have electrical capacity. Exhibitors do not have to order electrical.
- Exhibitor changes: Any changes made after April 14th, 2026, must be made on-site.
- Exhibitor Set-up: Scheduled for May 26th, 2026, between 1 and 3 pm. If you are unable to make this setup time, you can set up in the morning between 7 and 8 am.
- Delegate List: The list was sent to all sponsors and exhibitors via our e-blast system on May 21, 2026. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it. It can also be found in the conference app.
Members
- Registration: In-person-only registration (at the conference venue) will be available on May 27, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
- Virtual Registration: No changes can be made after May 15th, 2026.
- Conference App: emails have been sent out over the past few weeks to get virtual attendees ready to join us. Please refer to those emails. If you can not find them, please see your junk or spam folder.
Speaker (Sponsors)
- Presentation Slide Decks: All presentations were due May 11, 2026. If you did not submit your presentations or want to present an updated slide deck, these must be presented to the registration desk when you check in.
