The final chapter of our Building Resilient Communities series focuses on Governance & Leadership, and the role finance professionals play in supporting sound decisions, strong organizations, and resilient communities.
What We Want to Explore
Topics may explore areas such as:
- Governance relationships and decision-making
- Leadership within finance and across the organization
- Financial implications, risk, and trade-offs
- Long-term planning and organizational resilience
- Building organizational capacity
- Community expectations and changing service demands
- Practical case studies, lessons learned, and approaches from across the sector
