Procurement Workshop and Toolkit Refresh

Procurement plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and value in public spending. This four-part workshop webinar series was designed to provide local government staff and stakeholders with the skills and knowledge to navigate the procurement process effectively.

The series covered bylaws and policies, trade agreements, the procurement process, capital project considerations, and contract monitoring and performance. It was facilitated by Cris Munro of CM2 Ventures Inc.
