  • Registration can be paid by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or cheque.
  • Credit cards will be automatically charged on April 6, 2026.
  • Cheques and EFTs must be received by April 6, 2026, to qualify for early bird pricing.
  • Requests to cancel registration must be received in writing by April 13, 2026.
  • Registrations cancelled after April 13, 2026, can be transferred to another member from the same organization OR to the 2027 Annual Conference.
  • Online registration closes on May 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PST.
  • In-person-only registration will be available on May 27, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
