Notes

  • It is highly recommended that you register as early as possible to avoid workshops being cancelled due to perceived lack of demand.
  • Payment can be made by credit card, electronic funds transfer, or cheque.
  • Payment MUST be received within 7-10 days of the registration invoice being received.
  • Credit cards will be charged on March 31, 2026.
  • Requests to cancel registration will be accepted until noon on Monday, April 6, 2026.
  • No refunds after April 6, 2026.
  • Workshop attendance is transferable to another person on your team or to another workshop within the same calendar year.
  • The last day for online registration is Friday, May 15, 2026. Contact the office if you are trying to register after this date.
  • After May 22, 2026, all registrations will be closed.
  • Please book your accommodation as soon as possible, as spots fill up quickly.
