- Payment can be made by credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and cheques.
- Payment MUST be received 7-10 days after registration invoice is received.

- Requests to cancel registration will be accepted until noon on Monday, April 6, 2026.
- No refunds after April 6, 2026.
- Workshop attendance is transferable to another person on your team or to another workshop within the same calendar year.
- Last day for online registation is Friday, May 15, 2026. Contact the office if you are trying to register after this date.
- After May 22, 2026, all registration will be closed.
- Please make sure to book your accommodation as soon as possible as spots fill up fast.
