In honour of Deb Humphrey, GFOABC provides a full tuition scholarship to one Boot Camp attendee each year. Deb Humphrey worked in the Local Government department of what is now called the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Deb loved the work that she did and had a deep passion for helping local governments. Deb passed away in 2014, at which time the scholarship was created in partnership with her husband Stephen Gentles. She was paramount in the development of Boot Camp and for that reason the scholarship continues in her name.
How to apply
- Register and pay for Boot Camp.
- Complete the questionnaire provided in the second instruction email.
- The recipient will be notified at Boot Camp. Please be aware that you must commit to attending Boot Camp to receive the scholarship.
