We invite you to participate in the GFOABC's Annual Conference.  This educational conference will be held from June 14th - 16th 2017 at the Victoria Convention Centre atttached to the Fairmont Empress Hotel. 

The GFOABC's Annual Conference, is a conference designed around education, inspiration, networking and making meaningful professional connections. The price of an exhibit space is $2100 which includes: 

  • Two full delegate registrations (value of $1400, includes the Banquet, Welcome Reception, and meals)
  • Insertion of your organization's name and booth location in the Conference Guide provided to all delegates
  • Option to place a 1-page flyer in the delegate packages

 

Your booth space includes: 

  • An 8' x 10' space, with drapery
  • One 6' skirted table and two chairs

Electrical services are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

 

Sponsorship:

GFOABC sponsors receive discounts on their exhibitor fees:

25% off for Bronze Sponsors ($525 in savings)

50% off for Silver Sponsors ($1050 in savings)

75% off for Gold Sponsors ($1575 in savings)

100% off for Platinum Sponsors ($2100 in savings)

Sponsors also receive the first choice of location, based first on the level of sponsorship, and second on the order in which registrations are received. If you are not a GFOABC sponsor and wish to become one, please visit our website or email office@gfoabc.ca.

Exhibitors have the option to provide items for the delegate bags. Paper items are limited to a 1-page flyer. Please ship these items to GFOABC prior to June 5.

Exhibitors have the option of contributing a door prize for the GFOABC Gala Dinner on Thursday June 15. Please give this item to a GFOABC staff member at the beginning of the conference. Similar to last year the winner of these prizes will be announced after dinner on a slideshow presentation containing the name and logo of your company.

Wireless Internet can be ordered onsite via the automated high speed wireless networking using your credit card, no need to book in advance.  Each wireless connection is charged per device per day.  All one day connections expire at midnight of the day ordered, multi-day connections expire at midnight of the last day ordered.  Once onsite, you connect your device to the wireless network “VCC”, open the browser, follow the prompts, select the capability you require and enter credit card details.  The costs start at $15.00/device and goes up from there based on the capability options outlined on the IP Solutions page.  A receipt can be requested as well.
