The GFOABC's Annual Conference, is a conference designed around education, inspiration, networking and making meaningful professional connections. The price of an exhibit space is $2100 which includes:
- Two full delegate registrations (value of $1400, includes the Banquet, Welcome Reception, and meals)
- One trade show booth
- An 8' x 10' space, with drapery
- One 6' skirted table and two chairs
- Insertion of your organization's name and booth location in the Conference Guide provided to all delegates
- Option to place marketing materials in the delegate bag (paper items are limited to one page)
- Option to donate a door prize and have your organization recognized for the contribution.

Exhibitors have the option of contributing a door prize for the GFOABC Gala Dinner on Thursday May 31st. Please give this item to a GFOABC staff member at the beginning of the conference. Similar to last year the winner of these prizes will be announced after dinner on a slideshow presentation containing the name and logo of your company.

DELTA GRAND OKANAGAN RESORT does NOT accept any advance shipments, Please send all shipments to Showtime’s Advanced Warehouse. Showtime will begin accepting shipments on MAY 16, 2018, between the hours of 8:30am-5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Materials Handling must arrive by MAY 25, 2018 at 5:00 pm to #1 325 BAY AVE, KELOWNA BC, CANADA, V1Y 7S3. All Materials Handling received will be subject to Materials Handling Charges.
