We invite you to participate in the GFOABC's Annual Conference and Tradeshow.  The tradeshow for this educational conference will be held on May 29-30, 2019 at the Victoria Conference Centre in beautiful Victoria.

The GFOABC's Annual Conference, is a conference designed around education and networking. Please look for the link to your exhibitor questionnaire on your emailed invoice. Please complete to indicate booth choice. Booth location is determined by sponsorship level and order of registration. Register early to secure your position.

Requests for refunds/cancellations will be accepted up to April 30. No refunds after April 30, 2019.


Early Bird price (before January 1, 2019) $2100
Regular price (January 1, 2019 and after) $2200

 

The price of an exhibit space includes: 

    • Two full delegate registrations (value of $1460, includes the Banquet, Welcome Reception, and meals)
    • One trade show booth  
      • An 8' x 10' space, with drapery
      • One 6' skirted table and two chairs
    • Insertion of your organization's name and booth location in the Conference Guide provided to all delegates
    • Option to place marketing materials in the delegate bag (paper items are limited to one page)
    • Option to donate a door prize and have your organization recognized for the contribution.

Sponsorship:

GFOABC sponsors receive discounts on their exhibitor fees:

25% off for Bronze Sponsors ($550 in savings)

50% off for Silver Sponsors ($1100 in savings)

75% off for Gold Sponsors ($1650 in savings)

100% off for Platinum Sponsors ($2200 in savings)

Sponsors also receive the first choice of location, based first on the level of sponsorship, and second on the order in which registrations are received. If you are not a GFOABC sponsor and wish to become one, please complete the 2019 SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION FORM.

Prizes and Delegate Bag Stuffers

Exhibitors have the option to provide marketing items to be placed in the delegate bags. (Paper items are limited to a 1-page flyer.) 

Exhibitors have the option of contributing a door prize for the GFOABC Gala Dinner on Thursday May 30th. Please give this item to a GFOABC staff member at the beginning of the conference. Similar to last year the winner of these prizes will be announced after dinner on a slideshow presentation containing the name and logo of your company.
