ONLINE REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 1, 2026 !!!

This year's conference will be held at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort. Register to attend in person or virtually. Additional virtual registrations are available for members only. All sessions will be streamed live and recordings will be available following the conference.

  • Registration can be paid by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or cheque.
  • Credit cards will be automatically charged on April 6, 2026.
  • Cheques and EFTs must be received by April 6, 2026 to qualify for early bird pricing.
  • Requests to cancel registration must be received in writing by April 13, 2026.
  • Registrations canceled after April 13, 2026, can be transferred to another member from the same organization OR to the 2027 Annual Conference.
  • Online registration closes on May 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PST.
  • In-person-only registration will be available on May 27, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
