Rick Danyluk is a GFOABC past president and a CMA with over 20 years experience in municipal finance and long term planning, primarily with the District of North Vancouver. A senior manager with a history of service excellence and leading change, Rick’s approach has the District on a sustainable financial path as they address emerging issues like housing, child care, and municipal tax reform as well as accelerating local actions in response to the global climate emergency. Rick continues working with GFOA on best practices and supporting GFOABC in their vision of being the leading source for knowledge sharing that empowers BC local government financial excellence.
